A pre-purchase survey can help assess the luck of a property.
This information can indicate if a building has money, health, relationships, etc. It is essential that "the reading" of the property matches you and your needs. If a property is compatible and supportive of you, then you will benefit from the luck of the building.
The survey will take a few hours. It will be necessary to actually go to the property and take measurements (a reading) with the Lo-pan compass.
If you do decide to go ahead with a full Feng Shui consultation then the cost of the survey will be deducted from the consultation fee.
With commercial properties, it is crucial to have a good "business reading" for the premises. A pre-purchase survey can eliminate any properties that have the potential of failure or those where "Feng Shui Cures" would not be cost effective. It can also, give an indication of which type of business would be better suited to the premises.
