For a consultation it is necessary to visit the property. You will need to give us your date of birth, a floor plan of the property and let us know what you would like to improve with the feng shui.
There are various stages to a consultation:
1) The Ba Zi. The horoscope chart of the family members is drawn up before the consultation to see what feng shui changes would be most beneficial to them in accordance with their chart. This is done before the visit.
2) Visit to the property. This will take from 2 hours upwards, depending on the size or house. Here we will take all the measurements for the calculations. We check the flow of chi inside and outside of the property. The effect of the flow of chi outside has a 70% impact on the whole feng shui!
3) The complete assessment. This is done back at our offices and you will receive a written report with detailed recommendations, and auspicious dates to make the changes.
4) Once you have read the report, we will contact you to answer any questions you may have regarding the contents of the report.
5) Visits/telephone calls. Sometimes more visits are needed to help implement the changes.
Some changes can be immediate but mostly it is a slow progressive improvement over six months to a year.

We charge travel expenses for properties outside of Marbella.
